Abstract
The necessity of intellectualization of activity as a reference point for the continuous development of the enterprise was explored. The research of existing systems of enterprise management made it possible to develop general criteria for intellectualization of activity and to graphically interpret them. The principles of the management system for intellectualization of the enterprise activity are highlighted
