Abstract

On the basis of the conducted research, the sequence of strategic planning of the active investment strategy of the engineering company is considered, which should first of all determine the investment objectives of the enterprise, further ensure the assessment and selection of strategic alternatives, and, on the basis of this choice, develop strategies and identify the priorities of the active investment development of the enterprise. The introduction of the proposed sequence of formation of an active strategy of investment activity of engineering enterprises will allow achieving the goals of investment activity of the enterprise, taking into account the strength of its investment position, the flexibility and adaptability of the investment policy to change the investment position, as well as gaining competitive advantages through timely and operational active investment activities
