Abstract
The key areas of activities and cooperation of specialized and universal international tourist organizations in the context of sustainable development of tourism and recreation are identified. International instruments that provide a conceptual framework for sustainable tourism development are analyzed. The interaction of international, regional tourism organizations and public authorities for dissemination and ensure the implementation of the rules and principles of tourism sustainable development at the national level are illustrated
