Abstract
The theoretical aspects concerning the methodology of constructing a management model are investigated. The methodology provides for the identification of certain groups of indicators that cover all aspects of the operation of the enterprise. The basis of the methodology is a meaningful interpretation of the ratios of growth rates of indicators that are most consistent with known success criteria. The practice of applying the proposed method showed its effectiveness
