Abstract

The purpose of the article is to analyze the innovative activity of food industry enterprises, to assess the stimulation of their innovative development and the ability to update fixed assets in the post-crisis period of uncertainty, to assess the capabilities of the industry to transform on the basis of innovation and investment approach and to justify the need to create conditions conducive to the development
