Abstract
Economic activity of the population of Ukraine is analyzed, its main trends identified. The dynamics of creating jobs and increasing employment directly in the tourism industry, and in the provision of related services are investigated. The proportion of the employed population in the tourism industry of the total number of employees in Ukraine is determined. The forecasts of the World Tourism Organization on the number of employed in the tourism sector in Ukraine 2025 are considered
