Abstract

The article analyzes the content of gastronomic tourism in the tourism activity system, and proposes an optimal author's classification. The further development of the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the theory of tourism has been further developed. The definition of "gastronomic tourism" has been improved and the most authoritative signs for the classification of gastronomic tourism have been identified.
