Abstract
The article outlines the need for employing staff motivation at the enterprise, examines the methods of material and non-material motivation, and examines the dependence of material motivation on the stage of the enterprise’s life cycle. The main motivators of the personality are considered, namely physiological ones, which contribute to the manifestation of the creativity of the worker. The world experience of application of models of motivation of the personnel of the enterprise is investigated, their basic features and possibilities of application by the enterprises of Ukraine are revealed.
