Abstract

Objective. To analyze and determine the possibilities of implementing a resource approach in modern didactics during the design of an educational process at the university. Methods. Methodological basis of the present research presupposes the following kinds of analysis: analysis and synthesis of scientific and educational literature on the problems of didactics; system analysis; combining historical and logical methods in the study; allocation of subsystems of complex objects and their system analysis, holistic, integrated approach to the study of pedagogical phenomena. Results. It is determined that the main result of the educational process design at the strategic level is the University Strategy, which is not just a document arising from the educational process design, but a complex deployed social norm in relation to all the main characteristics of the National Qualifications Framework for a particular direction of training and higher education standards. The intervention of the resource-based approach to pedagogical design proceeds against the background of the transition to probabilistic forecasting in all social spheres and the refusal of the state to develop unified guidelines for the organization of educational activities. At present, we are living a stage of theoretical understanding of the resource-based approach and its practical testing
