Abstract

Objective: The present article is aimed to develop scientifically grounded guidelines for the definition of the concept “reality” and classification methods of translation of realities; installation and detection of functionally-pragmatic factors of using realities in work of art and comparing the level of conformity of connotative nationally-marked information in translation. Methods. The research outlines output theoretical positions and sums up the results of previous researches of concept “reality” in translation aspects; existing classifications and translation ways of realities were given in this research. Scientific results: perfection and concretization of conceptual device of translation, systematization of approaches for studying the concept “reality” and features of translations of realities which can be used in next researches linked with theory and practice of translation. Scientific originality lies in complex research of methods of installation of realities in English Ukrainian translations of work of art; specification of factors which affect on the translation of realities; the detection of translation methods and means of realities considering their contextually-occasional use. Practical value predicts the usage of it`s results for the further solutions of practical problems of translation, in the development of questions and the practice of translation, with the research of translation genres and comparing stylistics.
