Abstract
The economic basis for the establishment of transnational corporations is determined, TNCs are defined as an institution or organization, the conditions of placement of main TNCs have been substantiated, financial and non-financial factors of transnationalization influence on the state economy have been identified, threats to the national economy arising from the operation of TNCs have been examined.
