Abstract
Objective.Studyofthefeaturesandeffectivenessoflegalguaranteesthatareprovidedbythestateforbusinessentities, aswellastheprovisionofproposalstoaddresstheproblemoflegalsupportforbusinessentitiesinUkraine. Methods. ThesolutionofthetaskswasaccomplishedbyusingsuchmethodsasanalysisandgeneralizationofscientificandpopularscienceliteratureandregulatorylegalactsthatregulatetheprocedureforstatesupportofbusinessentitiesinUkrainebyprovidingcertainlegalguarantees. Results. Thestatecreatessupportatthelegislativelevel, whichonlysecurestheguaranteesoftherightsofentrepreneurs. Therefore, entrepreneurshipintheperiodofeconomicfluctuationsallovertheworldisundoubtedly a trendthatneedstobeintroduced, developedandimproved.
