Abstract
The article deals with the international legal acts in the field of human rights protection that affect the current legislation of individual countries in General and Ukraine in particular, by ratifying the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine certain international legal acts. Thus, domestic legislation in the field of human rights is being introduced into international legislation. And given the orientation of Ukraine's policy on European integration and the legislation of the European Union. Domestic state law should be consistent with international law and should interpret human rights as the guiding principle for the formation and implementation of laws and other legal instruments.
