Abstract

Were investigated the conceptual-categorical apparatus of the process of reproduction of human capital (reproduction, stage, cycle, life cycle of an enterprise, human capital of the enterprise). A critical comparison of theoretical approaches to the definition of the stages of reproduction of human capital. Weredetermined their limitations, inconsistencies at the micro level and inconsistency with the conditions of the neo-industrial stage of the development of social production. Were improved the essential characteristic of the process of reproduction of human capital of the enterprise, which is based on the concept of the life cycle of the enterprise and actual tasks of the modern period of functioning of the business in relation to the formation, use and development of this resource. Were substantiated the changes in the process of reproduction of human capital of the enterprise. The expansion of the system of criteria for assessing the stages of reproduction of human capital based on indicators, which simultaneously characterizes the interests of owners of the enterprise and employees.
