Abstract

Based on the investigations performed on Ukraine's enterprises innovative development problems, it was concluded: insufficient provisions of the enterprises with qualified staff at present and in short term prospect; low level of innovative activity; significant depreciation of the main assets, especially in industry; commodity economy of the country; lack of funds for innovative activity; low competitiveness; bank loans inaccessibility; low financial performance of the activity. The solution of these problems is proposed by the formation of an effective economic mechanism: improvement of staff's qualification; wide introduction of managerial innovations aimed at improved labour and production management; establishment of stable relations among managers, owners of the enterprises and employees; organisational structure establishment focused on multifaceted study of external environment and market of innovations; leasing application for modernisation
