Abstract
The article analyzes the concept of human capital competitiveness and gives its conceptual value. The levels of human capital competitiveness are highlighted and their interrelation with the competitiveness of the national economy is proved. The main indicators that shape the competitiveness of the economy and human capital are determined. Conducted analysis of the conditions of globalization. The basis that the national economy competitiveness is the formation of qualitative human capital in the microlevel is proved
