Abstract
Economic relations that arise in the process of e-Commerce between enterprises are accompanied by various risks including the calculations that need to identify, assess and resolve, as the effects of such risks shall be fully borne by entrepreneurs. Under these conditions, the value of the risk management process in the calculations, selection of appropriate management methods increases and finds its reflection in the daily work of the entrepreneur
