Abstract

Objective. The purpose of this research is to formulate a generalized structural and functional model of the regulatory framework for legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine. Methods. The research uses a set of general scientific methods: generalization and scientific abstraction, structural-functional analysis and modeling. Results. The structural-functional model of the normative contour of the system of legal regulation of entrepreneurial activity in Ukraine, which consists of two subsystems of sources of the right of general and specialized action, is developed. Sources of general law: Constitution of Ukraine, Laws of Ukraine "On Entrepreneurship", "On Protection of Economic Competition", "On Development and State Support of Small and Medium Business", "On Consumer Rights Protection". Their norms establish the legal personality and principles of entrepreneurship. Sources of the law of specialized action: the sectoral codes, the Laws of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individuals-Entrepreneurs", "On Licensing Types of Economic Activities", "On Technical Regulations", "On Standardization", "On the Basic Principles of State Supervision in sphere of economic activity ". They determine the algorithms of the activities of subjects of economic relations, depending on their direct content
