Abstract

The concept of formation and management of tourism market in terms of spatial polarization is suggested. Implementation of the concept is based on the cumulative interaction of institution-legal, socio-economic and integration vectors. Constitutive directives of forming and implementation of the concept proposed to determine by two blocks, namely prerequisites of the concepts formation and prerequisites of the concepts implementation. Prerequisites of the concepts formation determine the need and feasibility of the tourist market formation. Prerequisites of the concepts implementation is a set of measures that must be considered before its practical implementation. As a key prerequisite of the concepts implementation suggested to determine the spatial polarization component. Depending on the completeness of achieving the expected targets, strategic priorities and vectors of the concept implementation offered two general scenarios of the tourist market formation and development: active and passive. The expected effect of their implementation is identified.
