Abstract
Mobility is defined as one of the dominant human capital in the context of globalization. The analysis of migration of labor resources of Ukraine is carried out. The factors influencing labor migration of the population are determined. The state of the global labor market according to the sphere of activity is analyzed. Proposed directions of overcoming the crisis situation on the labor market of Ukraine are offered.
