Abstract

The article examines the ways of reforming the economic mechanism of an enterprise from the point of view of the increased role of man in society and in the enterprise. Based on the statistical data and the work of scientists, that the efficiency of the work of enterprises depends not only on the form of ownership, but also on the existing economic mechanism. The analysis of literature sources shows that the participation of personnel in the management of enterprises began to be widely used abroad. The results of the research showed that such enterprises are more competitive, because this contributes to the formation of a sense of master, a conscientious attitude to work. The main and most valuable resource of the enterprise is its personnel. The role of personnel increases in the current conditions of management, because the intellectuality of labor, its responsibility increases, the educational and cultural level of the personnel is raised, and labor becomes creative more and more. This makes it necessary to change the approach to personnel management, which is related to the improvement of the economic mechanism of the enterprise in all its components: organizational, economic, administrative, regulatory and socio-psychological mechanisms. An important direction of improving the economic mechanism is to improve the level of work with personnel engaged in mental activity, since it is from him, in many ways, the result of the work of the whole enterprise. The article proposes to improve the economic the mechanism of the enterprise taking into account the foreign experience of work with the personnel and the prospective tendencies of development of the organizational structure of the enterprise.
