Abstract
The need to manage the processes of international economic integration from the position of forming an effective integration group is justified, which is revealed in the process of creating a certain hierarchical organizational structure for managing the economic development of several subjects of international economic activity. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of the formation mechanism of the integration association are determined, the main components of which are representatives of the governments of states, state and municipal entities, the integration process, economic relations between the subjects of international relations, the institutional process and the goals of forming an integration association.
