Abstract
In the article the methodological approach to the selection of the effective human capital management strategy type at the enterprise is developed and evaluated. The suggestions regarding the balanced estimation of human capital assets are presented. Human capital management strategy types, their goals and selection criteria are defined in accordance with general strategy implementation terms.
