Abstract
This article aims to explore the significance of inequality of incomes in the development of human capital. The differentiation of incomes among Ukrainian population in relation to the rest of the world was analyzed. Perfect basic methodological approaches to the assessment of economic inequality of population were evaluated. The existence of hidden income inequality population of Ukraine was established along with its causes and consequences for human capital development. The proposals to overcome economic inequality in Ukraine were suggested.
