Abstract
Migration processes in Ukraine, labor migration in the framework of internal displacement, are in direct connection with the development of restaurant business in Ukraine. In this regard, we traced the following trends: 1) invitation for the position of chefs who took part in popular television shows; 2) opening a restaurant with Ukrainian national colors and the national culture of other countries responsible for a significant increase in the level and quality of service in them, because of the conditions of competition in the restaurant business; 3) increases the number of original specific to Ukraine restaurant establishments, which represent one national tradition and culture, interior design and in the dishes; 4) enrichment of foreign cultures, the peculiarities of Ukrainian national culture within the restaurant business; 5) very popular to open a restaurant business on the basis of Ukrainian culture (cuisine, interior design, maintenance) are the country's Slavic groups where culture and language are very similar.
