Abstract
The article defines the essence of the concepts of "individualization" and "differentiation" in the process of foreign languages teaching, and analyzes individual strategies on various grounds. The individual-psychological peculiarities of students are describedand important aspects of the teacher’s work in the process of foreign languages teaching are revealed.
