Abstract
The article considers the problems of the realization of the compliance function in the insurance companies of Ukraine. There has been grounded the necessity of the segregation of the compliance function out of the system of the internal auditing of an insurer. The directions for the creation of the compliance system in the insurance companies have been proposed.
