Abstract

The meaningful workload term "investment strategy" are considered. The requirements for developing investment strategies at different economic levels and implementation mechanisms are grounded. The essence of the investment climate in the context of environmental implementation of investment programs, the factors that determine it are revealed. The critical assessment of the investment climate in Ukraine from the standpoint tax component and attractiveness for foreign investors is given. The principles of effective investment by the state and local budgets are offered. The basic idea of the theory of strategic investment planning, budget items formalized investment programs and the use of performance indicators, and appointment of investment strategies within the program-target method are formalized. The content of information and methodological support monitoring of projects in the investment period is characterized. The basis of the conceptual bases of improvement of investment strategies of economic development of Ukraine and implementation mechanisms proposed putting synthesis software investment strategies macro- and meso- level, corporate real and financial sectors of the national economy.
