Abstract

The guidelines are designed to assist applicants for higher education in the educational program "Restaurant Technologies" of specialty 181 "food technologies" of the Higher Education Degree "Master" in performing Qualification Work (Project). The methodological recommendations formulate the purpose of the qualification work, the procedure for its implementation, requirements for the structure, design of the work and preparation for the defense.
