Abstract
It is determined that the hermeneutic aspect of bilingualism is primarily connected with the study of understanding as a function of consciousness. It is revealed that among the hermeneutic problems of bilingualism, the interpretation questions, with the establishment of their boundaries and horizons of understanding.
