Abstract

Dynamics of public transformations in the history of humanity on the example of evolution of legal system and public organizations – presented by labor unions is considered. The positive tendency of development of the right and labor unions, since the beginning of the first decade of the XX century is noted. Definitely, crisis moments of their formation and the main problems prevent from effective development. In general the interdependence between the level of economic and technical development of the country and activity and overall performance of labor unions, legislative system is established,. Analyzed and established the hierarchy of the rights of labor unions which play an important role in protection of the rights of labor unions which play an important role in defending the rights of workers.
