Abstract

The program and methodological recommendations are intended for passing pre-graduate internships of students in the restaurant and food industry. The methodological recommendations formulate the purpose and objectives of the practice, define and disclose the content of the pre-graduate practice, forms and methods of monitoring the practice, indicate the requirements for the content and design of the report, and provide a sequence of summing up the results of the practice and criteria for evaluating its results.
