Abstract

In the article the actual problem of improving the method of internal control operations on the presence and movement of inventory through the development of internal control standards. The problem of economic security, risks of inventory management system and the effectiveness of internal control of inventory at the enterprises. The study aims to develop methods of internal control system inventory management and efficiency of the organization of internal control of inventory at the enterprises. The study found that the risk management system of internal control operations inventories has its own specificity, which requires proper organization. Proposed implementation of internal control standards, which is a set of rules, characteristics and general principles for the information needs of inventory management company. The use of new methods of risk management systems, internal control, will allow us to achieve these results coordination of strategic planning goals of the current system; achieving the pooling of resources, efforts of individual employees and departments in achieving the objective of the governing body; flexibility management system; prediction of negative external influences on the activities and the opportunity to reduce them.
