Abstract

The aim of the present study is to determine the ontological and structural characteristics of the processes of socio-economic development and modernization at the level of general concepts. Extrapolation of the relevant provisions on the management practices of economic development, will more clearly define the conditions under which the modernization of the national economy will gain except declarative character, also signs of social and economic efficiency. The study substantiates the position that the process of social and economic development in general acquired signs of modernization. The mechanism of this process combines the characteristics of stages cyclical approach, progressive determination of linear and organizational divergence and fluctuation deterministic multi synergy. This allows us to define its architecture as spiral model, in which, development of social and economic systems represented as a multilevel progressive process of new forms of organization based on past who have completed their functional cycle
