Abstract
The article deals with the evaluation of the EU infrastructure development management trends. Infrastructure sectors, management of which is provided within the scope of specifically developed collaborative policies, are defined. Management mechanisms dependence on externalities is proved. Priorities of the EU modern infrastructure projects and peculiarities of their financing are established.
