Abstract
The guidelines are designed to assist applicants for higher education of The Bachelor's degree in specialty 181 "food technologies" in performing Bachelor's qualification work. The methodological recommendations formulate the goals of performing the qualification work, the procedure for its implementation, requirements for the structure, design of the work and preparation for the defense, and give the topic of qualification works.
