Abstract

Methodological recommendations are intended for the organization of study of the discipline "National cuisines of the countries of the world" for students of higher education of all forms of education. Methodological recommendations include general recommendations for studying the discipline, a description of the discipline, its content modules and topics, methods of evaluation and distribution of points, methodological recommendations for preparing for seminar classes and organizing independent work.
