Abstract

Based on a study of the opinions of a number of authors who consider the destabilizers of the development of the innovation potential of the hospitality sector at the macro-, meso-, micro-, and nano-levels, it was determined that all the destabilizers of the innovation potential at the macro level are a reflection of domestic practice in the development of innovation potential overall in all areas of business. The identification of meso-destabilizers of innovative potential made it possible to distinguish the following types of them: integration, infrastructural, material and technical, motivational, strategic, competitive, market, institutional, economic, financial, informational, legal, personnel, evaluation. As for the considered micro-destabilizers, they repeat the meso-destabilizers. Nano-destabilizers of innovation potential that affect personnel innovation potential in the hospitality sector include: low professional status of the innovator, lack of material incentives and conditions for creative work, outflow of scientific personnel. The systematization of the destabilizers of the specified levels as obstacles to the development of the innovative potential of the hospitality sector allowed us to state that the destabilizers act as different groups of factors (economic, technological, structural, institutional, etc.) that are superimposed on each other, while the destabilizers of a larger level affect all others are equal.
