Abstract

Methodical recommendations are developed for rendering assistance to applicants of higher education in performance of course work on discipline "Organization of restaurant economy". The methodical recommendations formulate the purpose of the course work, provide general recommendations for its implementation, present the topics of course work, requirements for the structure, content and design of the work, criteria for its evaluation and recommended literature
