Abstract
The article is devoted to the problems of reasoning the necessity of Ukraine tourism industry transformation to innovation way of development. It`s determined that this is due to the competition strengthening in the tourism market, instability of the economic, political and social development, growing needs of tourist products consumers and higher requirements for its quality. The questions of the innovations role in ensuring the competitiveness and economic sustainability of tourism enterprises in the constant dynamic changes of economic environment are researched. As the no alternative means of these problems solving it is defined the innovative technologies and infrastructure solutions using, because innovation is the only possible factor in increasing the competitiveness of business entities in the constantly changing market environment. Innovations mean improved conditions, better use of intellectual, material and financial capabilities of the company, maximize the commercial potential, sustainable development of tourism. It is analyzed the level of tourism in Ukraine, which help to outline the main problems of tourist resources inefficient use: the lack of the consistent state policy in the industry, the appropriate conditions for the development of inbound and domestic tourism and for the financial stimulation of enterprises innovation activity. Studying the performance of the system of national tourism Ukraine has shown the need to recognize the scope of this strategically important and priority sector in the national economy, which will provide great opportunities for the development of innovative tourist businesses. Found that creating favorable conditions for the use of innovation in tourism and choice of effective forms of stimulation of innovative activity of providers of tourist services, promote full implementation of tourism potential. The basic tasks for the government in the context of motivational incentives creating for tourism market subjects for innovation implementation in here are formulated. The proposed package of measures will provide Ukraine the tourism industry holistic management system that meets current and future requirements of dynamic development and will be implemented by the state, region, enterprise.
