Abstract

Methodological basis of research are scientific and special methods of cognition. For clarification and deepening of економіко-правової essence of labour resources of corporation and their account, by means of integrated informative system, the methods of theoretical generalization, grouping and comparison are used. Methods of specification, dialectical method, analysis, synthesis, abstracting, are the improvements of organizationally-methodical positions of record-keeping of forming and use of resource potential of corporations fixed in basis in the integrated informative system.The worked out conceptual principles of the analytical providing of account of labour resources are in the integrated informative system of corporations. The chart of business accounts offers for providing of necessities of record-keeping of subsystem of account of labour resources on the basis of development of the integrated computer-informative system of corporation.
