Abstract

Article is devoted to research of theoretical approaches concerning formation of concept of telemarketing and prospects of its development in Ukraine. On the basis of the carried-out analysis definitely advantages of telemarketing; the concept telemarketing is specified; the analysed dynamics of development of telemarketing. The received results are directed on increase of efficiency of use of instruments of direct marketing.
