Abstract
Developed a system for modeling and optimizing the recipe of smart food for people who work and live in areas with man-made pressure and built a digital platform frame. Digital platform "Food" evaluates the nutritional composition of the product, the properties of the object of study, analyzes information and creates databases, precedents, knowledge and operational data through frames and algorithms introduced into the software environment. The principles of simulation modeling of smart food products with the help of digital platform "Food" balanced in nutritional composition are substantiated. Such products can be recommended for certain categories of people: with difficult working conditions (services) and those living in areas with man-made pollution. The system allows real-time assessment of the environmental characteristics of raw materials (environmental friendliness, safety, functional and technological properties, chemical composition, nutritional and energy value) and smart food. Developed smart products with nutrient-balanced meat products have health and preventive properties and are recommended for consumption by miners, soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and people living in areas with man-made pollution. Socio-economic effect of the developed food is achieved due to the multifactorial preventive effect on the human body. The preventive effect for the human body occurs under the influence of a balanced set of useful nutrients and biologically active substances.
