Abstract
In article studies methodological of influence of the external environment on management by behavior of personnel the enterprises hotel and restaurant business. The measure of influence each of the groups factors of the external environment is defined by PESTEL- analysis. Degree of intensity interference of the factors is revealed. By results of a research the corresponding recommendations are offered.
