Abstract
Methodological recommendations have been developed for organizing the work of higher education recipients in the course of the course project in the discipline "Projecting restaurant establishments using CAD". Provided content and algorithm for the feasibility study of the project, technological calculation of premises for receiving and storing products, as well as production workshops of restaurant facilities, drawings of the workshop (warehouse) plan in the ArchiCAD program. The requirements for the design of the course project and the necessary reference materials are given.
