Abstract

The modern conditions for managing enterprises of various forms of ownership are considered, the barriers to the development of a democratic management style at enterprises, among them the lack of the necessary level of qualification and activity of personnel, management of bureaucratic methods, etc. are identified. The main problem of developing a democratic style of management of private ownership, namely, socio-cultural ground of the authoritarian management style is stated. The advantages of implementation of democratic style of management in enterprises (high decentralization, a fair assessment of workers, etc.) are defined. The model of optimization of private ownership of the enterprise management system based on the principles of democratization, which includes 6 successive phases: strategic analysis, definition of objectives, the development of the democratization of the plan, the implementation of the principles of democratization, democratization and control is offered.
