Abstract

On the basis of the study refined methodological basis of leadership qualities of employees in the process of formation of corporate culture. The algorithm of creation of the corporate culture, which includes its positioning on several levels, as well as providing relevant financial results. The management of corporate culture is considered as an intangible asset which has value and creates the conditions for receiving the income of the enterprise. In addition, gives the company benefits by reducing conflict, improving business relationships, reducing non-productive time, the growth of economic efficiency of the business.
