Abstract

The monograph provides a comprehensive substantiation of the theoretical and applied foundations of the formation of intellectualization of the activities of trade enterprises. The main aspects of improving the system for managing the intellectualization of activity are determined on the basis of determining the triad of directions for managing the intellectualization of activity, such as: managing the intellectualization of activity as a resource, managing the intellectualization of activity as a process and managing the development of intellectual activity of personnel. The monitoring of the intellectualization of the activities of trade enterprises has been carried out. A conceptual research model has been developed. A method for assessing the level of intellectualization of an enterprise's activities based on an assessment of an intelligence-oriented component is proposed, which makes it possible to effectively monitor the intellectual potential at an enterprise due to their quantitative and qualitative measurement for making informed decisions.
