Abstract

The article is devoted to the substantiation of theoretical and methodological aspects and practical recommendations for improving the intellectualization management system of the activities of trade enterprises. In the course of the study, for the formation of a management system for the intellectualization of the activities of trade enterprises, the output theses-axioms of the formation of the methodological foundations of its construction were identified. It has been determined that the management system for the intellectualization of the activity of a trading enterprise presupposes a triad of directions of such management: the management of the intellectualization of activity as a resource, as a process and management of the development of the intellectual activity of personnel. Based on modeling, a functional model of a real intellectualization management system for the activities of trade enterprises has been developed
