Abstract
The article deals with the place of the concession system in the implementation of investment strategies for public-private partnerships. The forms and methods of concession are systematized; a critical assessment of its regulation is given. The concession projects in Ukraine are characterized. Perspective mechanisms for implementation of concession agreements are determined.
